Chris has represented local and regional tenants and owners, primarily in industrial leasing transactions.

EXPERIENCE
Chris comes from Industrial Properties of Nevada, where he represented both owners and tenants in the leasing of Industrial spaces within the Reno Sparks marketplace. Prior to commercial real estate brokerage Chris helped establish Ticor Title of Northern Nevada’s Real Estate Resource Department upon the company’s arrival to the area. Chris is currently an active real estate investor within the community.
EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering 2001. University of Nevada, Reno.

Received his real estate license in 2005.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Chris is also an active advocate for green building and is an active member of Sierra Green Builders Association, SiGBA. The Recycling Committee at the Arlington Towers was started by Chris, which recently brought recycling to the buildings 194 units.
