David has represented local and national tenants and owners, in their efforts to purchase land, lease, and buy facilities in Northern Nevada's industrial market place. His client list includes Donrey Outdoor Advertising, Dermody Properties, Mack Trucks, Valley Joist, American Water Heater Company, National Audubon Society, Pacific Southwest Airlines, Rittal Corporation, First Interstate Bank Trust Department, Logan Lumber, Errico, High Vacuum Apparatus, Cooper B-Line, Anvil International, Springs Windows Fashions, Louisiana Pacific, United Stationers and General Motors Company.
EXPERIENCE
David specializes in industrial leasing and sales and landlord/tenant representation. In his endeavor to provide the highest level of service for his clients, David maintains an accurate database, which includes quarterly market analysis of current vacancy, gross and net absorption and emerging market trends.

While finishing his senior year in college, David became a real estate licensee in the State of Nevada. During the past twenty-six years, he has owned and operated real estate companies in Incline Village, Nevada, and Reno, Nevada. He has spent the past twenty years in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis NCG, he was the commercial division manager of Coldwell Banker, Plummer & Associates in Reno, Nevada and specialized in industrial real estate.
EDUCATION
David received his BA degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1976.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
David is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and is past president of the Northern Nevada Certified Commercial Investment Member Chapter. In addition to CCIM, he is an active member in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Business and community involvement are an important aspect of working in a community. David has served on numerous committees with the Reno Board of Realtors. He is a past president of the Reno-Mt. Rose Kiwanis Club and was selected as the recipient of their Outstanding Kiwanian Award in 1984. He is a 1986 Graduate of Leadership Reno, past member of the Reno Rodeo Association and is currently serving on several Reno Re-development committees. David was a National Collegiate Light Heavyweight Boxing Champion and continues to enjoy sports, which include golf, hunting, fishing, boating and camping with his family.
